ABOUT US
Ayeit Community Church is committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ in South Sudan. South Sudan is the youngest country in the world and many areas are still suffering from continued social conflict. Explore our website to learn more about all that we are doing to create change. In conjunction with non-profit organizations across the globe, we are dedicated to continuing our growth, outreach and development in this area, while developing meaningful relationships with the families of Ayeit all with the love of Jesus!
WHAT WE DO
SPORT PROGRAMS
One at a Time
With this initiative, our goal is to promote unity through sports and recreation. We have coaches in place that encourage our youth to work together in love as well as reach out to others in the community that may enjoy the recreation! This has been a tremendous success! Our teams bond together through school and sports during the week and all meet on the weekend to worship and learn more about Jesus!
BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES
Helping The Community
Ongoing building projects include: The completion of a 3600 sq. ft. church building, renovations of our current school building, and next a NEW Church in the community of Ragachuk!
FUNDRAISING
What We Do
With our mission always in mind, we are always working tirelessly to improve the lives of the individuals and families of Ayeit. Fundraising is something that we take very seriously, and we are always looking for new initiatives, avenues of funding and new supporters every day! If our outreach, education, agriculture, sport programs or building initiatives interest you, please let us know!
AGRICULTURE
Self-Sustaining
In addition to our building projects, it is most important for us to ensure that we are self-sustaining and this includes food. As simple as it sounds, we want to make sure our families are fed and are able to take advantage of good, nutritious food that is reaped from our own fields. Each year will will teach our youth how to prepare, plant, and harvest crops like sorghum, corn, sweet potatoes and more, that will continue to provide year after year.
